I started this ongoing series as a way to express some frustration about the male species. Along the way it touched some deeper questions about male influence when I was a child. Who were the figures I saw on television, in games, in history books, on school. Who were the cool kids, the were the not so cool ones?
The series became a visual reflection on different male figures that shaped my life. Some are direct representations, others are just the idea, symbolize something. For the illustrations I used pencil and A4 paper, I just scratched and they are ugly and full, so full of themselves, all about their aesthetic value.
